The Public Administration Study Program (ADP) of the Faculty of Social, Political and Computer Sciences (FISIPKOM) of Djuanda University picked up students of the independent Merdeka Learning Campus (MBKM) Internship program at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Bogor Regency on Friday (7/7/2023). The Independent MBKM Internship Program is an annual routine program implemented by the ADP study program at the agency for 1 semester which is recognized as equivalent to 20 credits and the Internship activities carried out must be in accordance with the competence of the field of science so that it is in accordance with the Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) of the Study Program, and is a form of implementing cooperation between FISIPKOM Djuanda University and Disdukcapil Bogor Regency. Also present at the pick-up of ADP independent internship activities of FISIPKOM Djuanda University Faisal Tri Ramdani, S.Sos., M.A.P as Head of the Public Administration Study Program and Head of the Public Administration Laboratory Cecep Wahyudin, S.A.P., M.A.P was welcomed directly by Muhammad Apriyanto Suradi, S.E as a representative of Disdukcapil Bogor Regency. The Dean of FISIPKOM Djuanda University Hj. Ginung Pratidina, Dra., M.Si expressed her gratitude and high appreciation to Disdukcapil Bogor Regency for providing opportunities for students to gain experience during the MBKM Mandiri internship. "As the Dean of FISIPKOM Djuanda University, I would like to thank the leadership and staff of Disdukcapil Bogor Regency who have been willing to accept students to carry out the independent MBKM Internship program, hopefully the learning that has been obtained by ADP students of FISIPKOM Djuanda University through internship activities can be a valuable provision and experience, and the cooperation between FISIPKOM and Disdukcapil Bogor Regency can be better and more synergistic," she said. Muhammad Apriyanto Suradi, S.E as the head of the General and Personnel Subdivision said that during the internship students showed very good behavior, and could work together in carrying out public services at Disdukcapil Bogor Regency. "I would like to thank FISIPKOM, especially the leadership for choosing Disdukcapil Bogor Regency as a student learning location in this program, Alhamdulillah, during the internship here students get a variety of knowledge, especially in the field of Public Administration and are expected to know more about various kinds of services in accordance with the SOP and can practice them directly to the community quickly, precisely and accurately. In addition, hopefully students who do internships are required to apply the 3 keys to success in carrying out their work, namely sincerity in working, accompanied by the intention of worship and being serious in carrying out their work, "he said. Winda as an MBKM Mandiri internship student at Disdukcapil Bogor Regency expressed her gratitude and expressed her hopes for the future. "Thank you to Disdukcapil Bogor Regency for being willing to guide and direct us so that we know more about the world of work, organizational culture, how to communicate with employees, and how to run a work program and many other things. During this internship, my abilities and skills have increased. Not only that, this internship trains the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Hopefully the knowledge, experience and learning received while here can be a provision for us in the future. We hope that Disdukcapil will be more successful in the future and be able to provide the best service for the community, especially the people of Bogor Regency," he concluded.
