The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Djuanda University was established on March 21, 1987, in conjunction with the founding of Djuanda University. Since its inception, FISIP has been an integral part of the university’s commitment to advancing higher education in the fields of social and political sciences, adapting to the evolving dynamics of society. Its academic focus has been directed toward strengthening expertise in public governance and communication, aiming to produce graduates who are competent, critical, and possess strong integrity.
Over the years, FISIP Djuanda University has continued to grow and evolve in response to contemporary demands. The two study programs it offers have undergone nomenclature changes, becoming Public Administration and Communication Science, as part of efforts to enhance academic relevance and alignment with industry needs. Currently, the Public Administration Study Program has achieved Excellent Accreditation, while the Communication Science Study Program holds a Very Good Accreditation, reflecting FISIP’s ongoing commitment to excellence in education, research, and community engagement.
