Students of the Faculty of Social, Political and Computer Sciences (FISIPKOM) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor carried out Field Work Lecture (KKL) activities at PT. Bahagia Jaya Sejahtera which is located at Jl. Mayjen H.R. Edi Sukma No.58, Harjasari, Kec. Ciawi, Bogor City, West Java 16138. This activity took place in approximately one month, which precisely began implementation on July 4 to August 4, 2022 and in its implementation was attended by several students including: Bayu Agustian Rahman & Muhamad Rizki who work as HRGA Staff. The activities of this KKL can apply the knowledge that has been obtained in lectures and implemented in the world of work so as to improve the work skills of students in the real world of work.
