The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Djuanda University (UNIDA) has once again achieved a proud milestone through the success of three of its lecturers in securing funding under the 2026 Research and Community Service Program from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek) of the Republic of Indonesia.
This achievement reflects FISIP UNIDA’s strong commitment to strengthening the culture of research, innovation, and academic contributions that generate meaningful impact for societal and national development.
The three FISIP UNIDA lecturers who successfully obtained research funding are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rita Rahmawati, M.Si, who received support under the Master’s Thesis Research Scheme for her study titled “Policy Implementation Model of the Bangga Kencana Program in Stunting Prevention Based on Local Wisdom.” Meanwhile, Faisal Tri Ramdani, S.Sos., M.A.P secured funding under the Regular Fundamental Research Scheme for his research entitled “Collaborative Governance of the Free Nutritious Meal Program in Supporting the Asta Cita Agenda for Superior Human Resource Development and the SDGs.” In addition, Berry Sastrawan, S.Sos., M.A.P also obtained funding under the Regular Fundamental Research Scheme through his study titled “Policy Design for the Recognition and Protection of Indigenous Peoples Based on Sound Governance to Strengthen Local Food Security and Forest Governance.”
As one of the grant recipients, Dean of FISIP UNIDA Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rita Rahmawati, M.Si expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the accomplishment. According to her, this success reflects the growing academic quality and research capacity of FISIP UNIDA lecturers.
“Alhamdulillah, this achievement proves that FISIP UNIDA lecturers continue to advance in producing relevant, competitive research that contributes meaningfully to addressing national challenges. We hope this funding will serve as a catalyst for the development of high-quality research with broad societal impact,” she stated.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rita Rahmawati further added that this accomplishment reinforces FISIP UNIDA’s position as a faculty actively promoting the advancement of knowledge through strategic research, while also strengthening UNIDA’s role as a leading higher education institution in supporting science-based national development agendas.
“Moving forward, FISIP UNIDA remains committed to enhancing lecturers’ research productivity and encouraging academic collaboration that generates policy innovation and solutions to various social, governmental, and sustainable development challenges in Indonesia,” she emphasized.
