The Faculty of Social, Political and Computer Sciences (FISIPKOM) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor organized a seminar entitled "Digital-Based Creative Business Pioneering." This activity was carried out virtually through the zoom cloud meeting and Live Youtube Commap TV on Friday (24/6/2022). The seminar presented two speakers from practitioners, namely Helvy Eriyanti, S.I.Kom and Raka Sayagi as digital business managers. This webinar discusses how to awaken the creative and innovative spirit of millennial children in an effort to create high-return anti-mainstream business opportunities. In the presentation material, the speakers stated that the existence of capital has always been the main support for the sustainability of a business. In fact, many prospective entrepreneurs choose to withdraw from the business world, only because of limited capital. But actually, if someone is able to think openly about the current condition of the business world, capital ownership is not an obstacle anymore. The development of the times has been in a modern scope, coupled with the emergence of several technologies that are getting more sophisticated every day. Businesses that were originally run offline have now shifted to the online scene, especially during this pandemic. Helvi Erianti in her presentation said that in starting a digital business venture, you must dare to start, recognize your potential, create product knowledge so that clients are interested in our services. "For friends who want to start a digital business or whatever it is, never be afraid of failure. Never be afraid of being wrong, because from mistakes we can continue to learn, don't compare yourself with other people, your process is your process, never compare it with others. And make sure that friends are the best in this business field and friends can definitely do their best to win the competition," he explained. "For that, you must believe in your abilities and not be afraid to try," he added. On the other hand, Raka Sayagi explained that in starting a business, you must be able to find opportunities in the problems you face. "There are many problems of friends out there who are confused, how to pioneer in this digital era and many friends how to make a business like a visual friend," he said. "We must be able to learn to see opportunities, focus on developing our own skills, expand relationships, with relationships it will make us become more widespread our target market, expand our skills because with this relationship it is very important for us to be even more active, even more grow," said Co Founder Kawan Visual. According to Narasumber, every job has its own challenges, especially in dealing with clients. "We have to meet clients, not to mention complaints from clients, sometimes from the design side we have given according to what the client asked for and asked to be edited many times but in the end the design used returned to the first design. Automatically, we already complain from there. But again, with complaints from clients like that, it makes us learn more," he concluded. In closing, the resource person encouraged the Webinar participants to enjoy every business they run because effort will not betray the results. The webinar was closed with a question and answer session and a group photo.
