Academic Leadership Regeneration, FISIP UNIDA Holds Handover Ceremony for Study Program Leaders 2026–2030

The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA) held a handover ceremony for the leadership of study programs and academic units for the 2026–2030 term. The event took place on Friday (March 13, 2026) at the Hall of Building C, UNIDA, following the inauguration of structural officials within the university.

The handover ceremony marked an important moment for FISIP UNIDA in continuing leadership and ensuring the sustainability of study program management and academic services within the faculty. The positions handed over included the Heads of Study Programs, Secretaries of Study Programs, Heads of Laboratories, and the Head of Administration.

The Dean of FISIP UNIDA, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rita Rahmawati, Dra., M.Si., stated that the handover ceremony represents an important process of leadership regeneration in maintaining the continuity of organizational performance within the faculty. According to her, study program leaders play a strategic role in managing academic activities and developing the quality of higher education.

“This handover ceremony serves as a momentum to continue the programs that have been running while also introducing new innovations in the management of study programs. We hope that the leaders entrusted with this mandate will strengthen collaboration and improve the quality of academic services for students,” she said.

She added that FISIP UNIDA remains committed to developing the quality of education, research, and community service through strengthening institutional governance and improving performance at the study program level. With this new leadership, FISIP UNIDA is expected to further advance the development of knowledge in the fields of social and political sciences and produce graduates who are excellent and competitive.
