The Bitungsari Village Community Service Group (KKN) of the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social, Political and Computer Sciences (FISIPKOM) Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor held an Archive Digitalization Activity to Improve Village Administration Services in Bitungsari Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency on Friday, July 22, 2022 at the Bitungsari Village Office Hall (22/7/2022). Community service activities are part of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities, in this activity the theme is Village Administration, by providing training on Archive Digitalization to Improve Village Administration Services. This activity is based on the background that administration is an activity of 2 or more people to achieve the same goal, of course in administration there is an archive that becomes a file for future needs. In this day and age, of course everything is digital-based in terms of food, ordering vehicles to the archiving process itself. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to inform the village government about the importance of digitizing archives to improve village administration services. The first series of activities was opened by the MC then the second remarks from the head of Bitungsari Village and then entered the first material session by Mr. Berry Sastrawan, S.Sos., M.A.P, about the importance of digitizing Archives to improve village administration. Then proceed to the second speaker, namely from Siti Mardotillah on how to digitize service forms for an activity in Bitungsari Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency. Then continued with the third speaker, Muhamad Bintang Respati, about how to create an online form or Google Form to the participants of the socialization activities. After that, the closing statement from the Supervising Lecturer and also continued with a group photo session and finally the closing. In this activity there were several remarks including: Dedeh Andayani S.I.P - head of Bitungsari Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency "The Village Head expressed his apologies for not having time to meet on the first day of KKN then the Village Head expressed many thanks to the Supervising Lecturers and KKN Students of FISIPKOM UNIDA BOGOR who were willing to hold a socialization related to digitizing archives to improve administrative services in Bitungsari village. The Village Head hopes that the socialization participants can gain useful knowledge to be realized in social life and in organizations because the digitization process is very important for the future, "he said. Berry Sastrawan, S.Sos., M.A.P - Supervising Lecturer said "Nowadays everything is almost digital or online based in terms of buying and selling, vehicle services to learning or meetings conducted online. Of course, digital innovation, especially in the field of village administration services, must be prepared from now on. Maybe at this time the digital services implemented by the village government have not yet felt the benefits, but it does not rule out the possibility that if young people who are now 18 years old or 20 years old already understand about digital systems, then 20 years from now they will definitely be literate with digitalization. Of course, with the digitalization of services, it is hoped that administrative services will be easier, faster and more efficient". Then Siti Mardotillah & Muhamad Bintang Respati - Students said that an activity or event certainly cannot be separated from administrative matters, one of which is by filling out a form, forms are generally in the form of hardcopy or printouts and then we fill in ourselves and collect them to the committee. In this second material, we will discuss how to make forms online on google drive / forms. The material contains how to take steps to make forms via Google and how to process the data obtained into a report so that it is expected to facilitate socialization participants when managing an activity or event. After the socialization related to the Digitalization of Archives to Improve Village Administration Services in Bitungsari Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency, it is hoped that all participants, both Village Officials or Bitungsari Village Youth, can collaborate in digital administration services, of course this is expected to help the progress of the Village in terms of Administrative Services and Improve the Soft Skills of Bitungsari Village Youth in managing an activity or event that is carried out digitally.
