Lecturer of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Djuanda University (UNIDA), Robby Firliandoko, S.I.Kom., M.Si., was invited as a speaker at the annual organizational development workshop held by SMAN 6 Kota Bogor on Friday, April 10, 2026.
The event, involving the Student Council (OSIS), Class Representative Council (MPK), and various extracurricular organizations, carried the theme “Collaboration of OSIS, MPK, and Extracurricular Activities in Realizing the Panca Waluya Generation of SMAN 6 Bogor.” The workshop was designed to strengthen synergy among student organizations in building character and sustainable leadership.
Principal of SMAN 6 Kota Bogor, Tinasari Pristiyanti, stated that the activity was part of the school’s effort to develop adaptive and collaborative student leadership character.
“This activity is part of the school’s effort to build adaptive and collaborative student leadership character. We also align it with the Panca Waluya values as a West Java program to foster resilient generations who are ready to face future challenges through character, mental, and physical development,” she said.
In his presentation, Robby Firliandoko reflected on his experience as a former MPK Chairperson and alumnus of SMAN 6 Kota Bogor, as well as his academic journey, which he believes helped shape his current career path.
Robby then explained the importance of work program planning as the foundation of organizational direction. According to him, a work program is like a vehicle that requires clear navigation in order to remain relevant and impactful.
“Failing to plan is planning to fail,” he said.
The workshop also featured a practical session in which participants were divided into 15 groups to design and present their respective organizational work programs. The activity served as a space for idea exploration and an opportunity for students to discuss, exchange perspectives, and jointly determine program priorities.
Chairperson of the Student Council (OSIS) of SMAN 6 Kota Bogor, Yasmina, stated that preparing work programs requires careful planning, particularly for large-scale events such as school art performances, which involve many dynamics during both preparation and implementation stages.
“Through this activity, we gained valuable insights into how to design work programs that are not only creative, but also realistic, measurable, and impactful for students,” she said.
Similarly, one of the participants, Naufal Azhar, noted that the workshop provided an enjoyable learning experience while broadening participants’ perspectives in collective decision-making.
“This activity provided an enjoyable learning experience while enriching our way of thinking in making collective decisions,” he said.
