BOGOR, CEKLISSATU - The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and Computer Science (FISIPKOM) of Djuanda University (Unida) will implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely Education, Research and Community Service in the villages of Bogor Regency. Interestingly, the activity called Real Work Lecture (KKN) will be included by 6th Semester Students to build together with the community. Dean of FISIPKOM Unida Ginung Pratidina said that the KKN which will be carried out by FISIPKOM Unida is the result of cooperation between Djuanda University and the Bogor Regency Government. Through the theme Synergizing to Build Bogor, students and lecturers who are deployed to the community will try to be present to solve a selection of focuses including Stunting Resolution, Strengthening MSMEs, Increasing Political Participation and 9 Years Compulsory Education. "This year's KKN is interesting because it will be held for 40 days. Each group of Communication Science and Public Administration students will be present in the community to carry out real work lectures with the guidance of accompanying lecturers," said Dean Ginung during the Socialization and Debriefing of KKN, Monday (26/6/2023). Dean Ginung reminded all KKN participants to maintain ethics, maintain the good name of the campus and continue to implement the Pancadharma of Djuanda University, namely the Tridharma of Higher Education as well as the Dharma of Professionalism and Dharma of Godhead. On the same occasion, Vice Dean (WD) Academic FISIPKOM Unida Irma Purnamsari said that KKN is the implementation of knowledge from students for learning for 6 semesters because one of the requirements for KKN participants is that they have received learning up to semester 6 with a GPA value above 2.5. "All participants will compile written reports and exams. In addition, we are also directed to carry out community service publications. The programs that can be carried out by Unida KKN participants such as counseling on capacity building of village apparatus resources, institutional capacity building to digital marketing training and other communication science training, "said WD Irma. Deputy Dean of Non-Academics Maria Fitriah said that the number of KKN participants from FISIPKOM was 136 students consisting of 47 students from the Public Administration Study Program and 89 students from Communication Science. "We hope that FISIPKOM students can carry out useful activities with the community," he said. Chairman of the Unida FISIPKOM KKN Committee who is also the Head of the Public Administration Study Program Faisal Tri Ramdani said that through this KKN, Djuanda University wants to contribute to the people of Bogor Regency.
