The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA) extends its congratulations on the appointment of Dr. Aep Saepudin Muhtar, M.Sos as Deputy Secretary General of the Central Executive Board (Dewan Pimpinan Pusat/DPP) of the National Association of Village Consultative Bodies of Indonesia (ABPEDNAS) for the 2025–2031 term.
Dr. Aep Saepudin Muhtar, M.Sos is a lecturer in the Public Administration Study Program at FISIP UNIDA who has been actively involved in academic development, community service, and the strengthening of village governance. This national-level trust reflects his academic track record and contributions to the fields of public administration and village governance.
The Dean of FISIP UNIDA, Dr. Hj. Rita Rahmawati, M.Si, warmly welcomed the mandate entrusted to Dr. Aep Saepudin Muhtar. The inauguration, which took place on Friday (12/12/2025) in Jakarta, is a source of pride for the FISIP UNIDA academic community and underscores the role of academics in promoting village development and strengthening local democracy.
Through the strategic role he will undertake, Dr. Aep Saepudin Muhtar is expected to strengthen the position of Village Consultative Bodies as partners of village governments across various regions. His contribution is considered to have the potential to encourage more participatory and sustainable village governance.
