The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) has once again achieved an outstanding accomplishment. In the 2025 West Java Public Administration Gathering (SIAP JABAR), the FISIP UNIDA delegation succeeded in securing 3rd Place in the Best Presenter Category.
The delegation consisted of students from the 2023 cohort of the Public Administration Study Program: Muhamad Fauzi, Moh. Alvin Maulana, Muhammad Wildan, and S. Fathya Salsabila Lubis. The team delivered their presentation with confidence, showcasing well-structured, argumentative, and relevant content aligned with public administration issues that were the primary focus of the judges’ assessment.
This competition, which brought together Public Administration students from across West Java, was held on 27–29 November 2025 at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), which served as the host this year.
The Dean of FISIP UNIDA, Dr. Hj. Rita Rahmawati, M.Si, expressed her appreciation and pride for this achievement. She hopes that this accomplishment will spark greater motivation for the FISIP UNIDA academic community to continue creating, achieving, and inspiring others.
“Alhamdulillah, we are proud of the achievement made by our student team. May this accomplishment become a positive energy for the entire FISIP community to continue inspiring and bringing benefits to society,” she stated.
Similarly, the Head of the Public Administration Study Program at FISIP UNIDA, Faisal Tri Ramdani, S.Sos., M.A.P, also conveyed his appreciation and encouragement to the students.
“Congratulations to all delegates for this remarkable achievement. May this accomplishment strengthen your steps toward future milestones. We remain committed to enhancing academic development that supports students’ abilities to excel, think critically, and take part in strengthening public administration at both regional and national levels,” he said.
Representative of the delegation, Muhamad Fauzi, explained that SIAP JABAR 2025 carried the theme: “Optimizing Bureaucratic Reform through Regional Autonomy to Guard the New Vision of West Java.”
Fauzi, who also serves as the Chair of the Public Administration Student Association at FISIP UNIDA, shared that the preparation process was intensive—beginning with conceptual development, mapping regional strategic issues, and formulating applicable policy recommendations presented directly before the panel of judges.
“We are grateful to have delivered our best. This experience becomes valuable learning for us to continue sharpening our abilities. We also extend our gratitude to the leadership of FISIP, the leadership of Djuanda University, our academic supervisors, and everyone who supported us throughout the preparation and competition process,” he said.
