The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) together with the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor held a Socialization Seminar with the theme "Soft Power Diplomacy of the Indonesian Parliament through the World of Education" which was held offline on Tuesday, 18-January-2022 at Building C of Djuanda University Bogor by Complying with Health Protocols (18-01-2022). This activity is a parliamentary diplomacy education that can become a strategic partner of the campus to realize educational diplomacy. Thus, DPR RI through BKSAP is the main agent that can be a facilitator, coordinator, and server in carrying out educational diplomacy activities. The speakers in this socialization consisted of Dr. Mardani Ali Sera (F.PKS) as Vice Chairman of BKSAP, Ir. H.A. Hafisz Tohir (F.PAN) as Vice Chairman of BKSAP, Dr. H. Jazuli Juwaini, Lc., M.A as member of BKSAP, Ichsan Firdaus as member of BKSAP, and Dr. Ir. Dede Kardaya, M.Si as Rector of UNIDA Bogor. In this activity, it was also attended by Denny Hernawan Drs, M.A. as the Dean of FISIP and Muhammad Yusuf Seran, Drs., M.Si as the Vice Dean of FISIP UNIDA Bogor and UNIDA students, especially students of FISIP UNIDA Bogor. The aims and objectives of this socialization activity are as a means to introduce the concept and implementation of parliamentary diplomacy to the public, especially students, with the aim of socializing BKSAP as an Organ of the House (AKD) and its functions in playing the role of Indonesia's foreign policy, socializing parliamentary diplomacy, its developments and achievements carried out by BKSAP in order to fight for Indonesia's national interests, building synergy and cooperation with stakeholders in the regions in supporting the development of the concept of multiparty diplomacy and identifying challenges and opportunities for soft power diplomacy to support education and human resource development, especially in the midst of a pandemic.
