The Faculty of Social, Political, and Computer Sciences (FISIPKOM) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) encouraged students of Ibnu Aqil High School in Bogor to develop the spirit of nationalism in education. This activity was carried out on Monday (22/05/2023). Maria Fitriah, S.Sos., M.Si as the Deputy Dean for Non-Academic Affairs at UNIDA said that as a human being who is given reason by Allah SWT, it is an obligation to continue learning. "We have the responsibility to continue to pursue knowledge from birth to the end of life. Demanding knowledge is a form of worship. Therefore, let us remain enthusiastic in pursuing the highest education possible. Continue the journey of study to Higher Education," he said during a visit to SMA / SMK Ibnu Aqil Bogor. In line with National Education Day and National Awakening, UNIDA'sISIPKOM provided motivation to the students of SMA/SMK Ibnu Aqil who were present to unite to realize the goals of independence, namely justice and prosperity. Recognizing the importance of a nationalist spirit in the younger generation in achieving higher education, on this occasion UNIDA's FISIPKOM also provided information about the Bachelor (S1) study programs offered. Some of the study programs available at FISIPKOM UNIDA are the Public Administration, Communication Science, and Computer Science Study Programs. Meanwhile, the Dean of FISIPKOM UNIDA Hj. Ginung Pratidina, Dra., M.Si explained the need for preparation to produce a better generation through quality education. FISIPKOM UNIDA has achieved various achievements at the national and international levels. Recently, FISIPKOM UNIDA students won 2nd place in the National University of Indonesia Communication Week 2023 Competition in the Journalism category, and won 3rd Runner Up Putera Puteri Bahari West Java 2023.
