VIRTUAL MENTAL HEALTH SEMINAR THROUGH organized by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor through the FISIP Fair 2021 Program with the theme "Anxiety Is (Not) A Trend" which was held open to the GENERAL and held on Monday, November 08, 2021, conducted in a hybrid manner in building C for the committee, DARING through Zoom Cloud Meeting for participants. This activity was carried out because it started from the pandemic period which caused fear and anxiety in the community which led to disruption of mental health and had an impact on self-diagnosis in some people. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding and educate the public about mental health. The event began at 8.20 which began with the opening, starting with playing the Indonesia Raya song, the unida hymn, and the promotion of the unida campus, the event continued with the remarks of the chief executive (Galih Febrianti), the general chairman of BEM FISIP Unida Bogor (M. Rivky Abdullah), and the last speech was given by the Dean of FISIP Unida (Denny Hernaway, Drs, MA), after the speech, the material began to be given which contained self-diagnosis and oevertingking or excessive panic, continued with questions and answers, and ended with the distribution of prizes, giving certificates, and photos with the speaker. in this activity there were several brief remarks delivered by 1) Chief Executive (Galih Febrianti) "Assalamualaikum wr.wb, honorable dean of the faculty of social science and political science, Mr. Deni Hernawan Drs. Ma, honorable student president of Djuanda bogor university Abduloh Abdul Mugni, honorable governor of the faculty of social science and political science Muhammad Rivky Abdulloh, honorable our speaker in this webinar, Mrs. Artika M. Tyas M.psi. and honorable to all committees. I would like to thank all the organizers who have prepared this webinar event, hopefully the knowledge we get from this webinar is useful for all of us. Maybe that's all I can say, thank you." 2. General Chairperson of BEM FISIP Djuanda University Bogor (M. Rivky Abdullah8 "Thank you to the speaker for presenting material that is very interesting to discuss, because this material alludes to mental health which is quite sensitive to discuss." 3). Dean of Unida Faculty of Social Sciences (Denny Hernaway, Drs, MA) "I am very proud of BEM FISIP especially for organizing this event, and at this seminar we raised the theme of mental health. So nowadays it's not just mental health that is important but also mental health. Especially in the current pandrmi period in activities that must be all at home. Unfortunately, even though our seminar is conducted online, hopefully the knowledge that will be conveyed later will reach all of us. Thank you also to the committee for organizing this event." In addition, there was a Speaker Statement, namely Artika Mulyaning Tyas, S.Psi, M.Psi, Psychologist who said that "I am very grateful to the entire committee for holding this seminar event and also for raising the seminar theme "Anxiety is Not Trend" which is very important for teenagers and interesting to discuss. I hope that from the results of this seminar, we can take lessons and understand, learn the meaning of anxiety". Then there is an opinion about the course of activities from Participants (Nadila Putri Paradiba_Univ. Djuanda) "I think this event is very fun and useful. Especially knowledge about anxiety. From this webinar we can find out what anxiety is and not all feelings of anxiety are called anxiety. The other participants are also very active, the committee members are also very kind and responsive. Hopefully webinar events like this can continue to be held again and again. Thank you, committee and presenters. Thus, the output obtained in this activity is that the event provides education about mental health to the wider community. So that people are more aware of their own mental health.
