The Basic Student Leadership Training (LDKM) activity for the 2020 batch of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor, organized by the Student Executive Board (BEM) and all FISIP Study Program Student Associations (HIMPRODI), which began on Friday, October 29, 2021 to October 30, 2021. This LDKM activity began with an online and offline opening with the FISIP structure which was attended by the Dean Drs. Denny Hernawan, MA, Deputy Dean I, Irma Purnamasari, S.Sos., M.Si, Deputy Dean III, Gotfridus Goris Seran, Drs., M.Si, Head of Public Administration Science, Neng Virly Apriliyani, S.Sos. M.AP, Head of Communication Science, Maria Fitriah, S.Sos., M.Si and the committee and all LDKM 2020 participants. The first speech was delivered by the Dean of FISIP who mandated that "hopefully the event will run well and always maintain health protocols, the second speech was delivered by the Deputy Dean I as well as representing the Administrative Science Study Program who said that "it is hoped that all participants can take part in this activity well so that in the future students can actualize themselves as leaders because everyone has a leadership spirit", The third speech was delivered by the Vice Dean III who mandated that "LDKM is an activity that can make a basis for continuing the leadership relay at least at the faculty and university level", then the last speech was delivered by the Head of Communication Science Study Program who said that "every one of us is a leader so with this LDKM we can show leaders who have good character".
