LDKM is an activity where students are trained on how to become leaders, make the best decisions for a leader in an organization, and act fairly. LDKM serves as an introduction to the organizational environment within the scope of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science at Djuanda University. LDKM FISIP UNIDA 2020 focused on training activities aimed at enhancing intellectual capacity with the goal of producing leaders who possess courage, good rhetoric, self-confidence, problem-solving skills, and time management. The event spanned two days and one night from October 29 to 30, with the theme "Restoration of Stories through the Initiative of Young Leaders of Karya Raya." The theme was inspired by the desire to revive social awareness and political sensitivity among FISIP students, with the aim of restoring the faculty's reputation. "Restoration" in this context refers to the rejuvenation of the enthusiasm shown by the participants of LDKM 2020, who were primarily from the FISIP Class of 2020. The LDKM activities aligned with the cadetship program, wherein participants learned material before the event and then practiced it during the event to create positive impacts for FISIP through initiative and storytelling. Muhamad Rivki Abduloh (Steering Committee) expressed his hope that the participants of LDKM 2021, representing the FISIP Class of 2020, would exhibit social awareness and political acumen in line with the faculty's name. He emphasized the goal of fostering students who are sensitive to societal and political issues, consistent with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science's mission.
