As an alumnus of the Public Administration Study Program, I have personally experienced the significant benefits of every course I took, especially in understanding the dynamics of public policy, government management, and bureaucratic communication. All of these are highly relevant to my current role as an Expert Staff Member at the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI).

The ability to analyze policies, draft academic papers, and engage in public advocacy that I acquired during my studies has become a key asset in providing strategic input to members of parliament. Moreover, the multidisciplinary approach taught on campus has shaped a critical and solution-oriented mindset, which is essential for a policy analyst supporting the legislative process.

I am truly grateful to have been part of this study program. With a strong academic foundation and solid character development, I feel more prepared to face the complexities of the professional world, especially in the government sector as a project manager in administration.

Pursuing my education in the Public Administration Study Program was one of the best decisions of my life. Throughout my studies, I was not only equipped with theoretical knowledge of administration and public policy, but also trained to think systematically, critically, and be responsive to bureaucratic issues.

As a Civil Servant, I truly feel how the knowledge I gained is highly applicable to the execution of government duties—from drafting work programs and delivering public services to evaluating policies. The values of integrity, accountability, and service that were emphasized during my studies have also become a vital foundation in fulfilling my role as a public servant.

The Public Administration Study Program is not just a place of learning, but also where I was shaped into an individual ready to face the dynamic and demanding challenges of the bureaucratic world.

Ahmad Firdan: My background as a Public Administration graduate has proven to be a distinct advantage when I entered the workforce in the banking sector, particularly as a Corporate Funding Officer at a Sharia Bank. The coursework, which emphasized understanding public policy, organizational management, and the dynamics between the public and private sectors, has been extremely helpful in building institutional relationships and developing strategic approaches to corporate clients.
